One of the best customer service I encounter. The staff are very accommodating and are very knowledgeable and patient to answer inquiries. Even their post sales is amazing. As to my experience with the product, I bought a tabletop dishwasher and it’s so easy to use, I appreciate the amount of freebies they provide (salt, pods, and rinse aid) which helped me a lot in my first few months. All in all, both product and cs experience are superb, I highly recommend this shop/brand. Also, thank you to their staff Joseph Araneta, his assistance made a huge impact in my purchase. His approach and instructions made me feel confident and safe to go for a Maximus brand amongst the options I’m weighing.

Update: After Sales team knows how to satisfy an unsatisfied customer. They provided proper and fair compensation after acknowledging their mistakes. That’s how it should be done, very few companies in the Philippines do that, most just ignore you and leave you on your own. Summary: I booked an appointment because my dishwasher was not powering on. They cancelled last minute but then revoked the cancellation. The technicians were late but got the job done when they arrived. We had our bitter exchange but all of those were resolved. I will still refer this brand to my friends and family, the company learns from their mistakes and they ensure you are a happy customer. To the after sales team: Keep doing a good job, and remember to always communicate with your customers, it goes a long way. Do not under estimate the power of personal referrals.

Once the right people became aware of the poor review very senior management became involved in the issue and our diswasher was fixed immediately. This shows a senior management team who genuinely take customer service seriously. Thank you very much to Gerlyn, Romy and the very senior management team. I am now a VERY HAPPY customer. ORIGINAL REVIEW Dreadful service. Our dishwasher developed a fault just after the warranty expired. For the past 6 months we have followed up for a replacement part and an engineer to visit and all the service people do is lie and lie that we will get back to you next week and no-one ever does

This is not a product review but a review of the store finance team and how my sale was handled. Store staff processing the transaction. committed to an installment sale, but did not know how the POS terminal works for an installment sale. Instead of just admitting that they didn’t know how the POS works, they decided to process it as a straight transaction BUT ADDED 3% interest to the amount. It took them 30 minutes to void the transaction. The sales person is competent, and knowledgeable. My recommendation is to visit the store to help you decide on your purchase, and then visit Rustans for the actual purchase. Rustan’s have better trained people and it will definitely be a amoother transaction.
