worst dating site there is. i was hesitant to try them and was the worst choice for doing so. they don’t have a lot of people on there for the prices and understandable now. you stop using the site and not stop the auto agreement, they will send you to collections. who wants to try them again with strong arm contracts on renewal clauses when they cant get the funds from your payment option you provided when first signed up on the site. They have low amount of people due to the crazy contracts no one wants to try them again. i wont.. They restrict you from using the site, so there are no services you get if they don’t get the renewal funds and then they’ll put to in collection for renewal obligations. ive used Match a few times.. a repeat customer and have never dealt with this with them..

It takes your money, but does not give the service they promise. They show you people living hundreds of miles away for introduction although your settings are 5 km. Once you want to cancel the contract they threaten you with debt collector. A genuinely terrible service…

In the late 90s this was the best dating site available. Sadly, I can no longer support them. Predatory billing practices just don’t cut it in this competitive market! If you can’t adopt a customer-friendly communications practice — (particularly when autorenewing bills are about to come due!) — then I’m not the only consumer you will irritate. Bye Felicia! (Three emails from 9-12 months prior to autorenew. Nothing as a reminder. Disgusting!)

That’s not how real life works. it’s quite obvious why you have almost all negative feedback. It’s too bad I can’t leave you a negative because you don’t deserve a one. on your website you say show pictures of other sides yourself. Was lucky and met someone. that is not the problem. THEIR BUSINESS practices to end the service and lack of contact with an accounting department is the problem. Turned off auto renewal, it comes back on. want to pay final payment of 285 for one year but they wont accept the 2 credit card numbers i put into their website. The service rep on the phone does not understand what a money order is. What a mess. Yes , i met somebody but i or we do NOT want to pay 285 for the rest of our lives each year to avoid collections. Looks like Lawyer time and state attorney general time. I so dislike shady business practices.
