Booking is very fast and efficient. Ms. Shiela of EK Manila courteously assisted me and patiently explained every details of the flights very well even it was past lunch time already. She told me how to get discount by booking online. I hope all the office/agency employees in the Philippines is like her. She gives Pinoy workers a positive image🙂
