    Stone fell out after 15 month. Beware lifetime guarantee as stated on website is not lifetime. Ring must be defective as I’ve never had a stone fall out after 15 months with any other ring before, even cheap ones. Customer service is pants. Preying on loved up couples, should be ashamed of yourselves

    I will not recommend this layers to anyone. Glamira really stressed me, upset me and disappointed me. I placed my order on 24/04/2024 I supposed to receive my order on 6-7 May 2024 I didn’t received my order. I contacted Glamira customer service by email and by chat. Their employees keep telling me they don’t know when I will receive my order. They told me the same thing I can see myself on my account, that rings are still in production. I asked them how long it takes them to produce 2 rings. They said they don’t know. I asked them when I will receive my order. They said they don’t know. Why Glamira employee them if they don’t know anything??? What a rubbish company. I gave them one more week to make this delivery. They already annoyed me so much to the point I want nothing to do with this disrespectful company anymore. Honestly I want my money back and I want this rubbish company to go away. What a disgrace! What a disgust! What a shameless “business” They are really incompetents, layers. I am sorry I put my trust into those shameless layers when I placed my order with them and I paid them my money. Shame on you Glamira.

I’ve contacted Glamira straight away to be reassured they are taking health and safety of customers very seriously. I’ve asked for a credit on the account so could purchase 18k one. I was rest assured that I’m within refund period and all I had to do was to send a ring back. Today I’ve received a reply saying they won’t issue the credit and will send a ring back as it didn’t meet conditions of return. The only thing I can imagine was the fact return code was not attached to the ring (was sent enclosed) but how on earth I’d find out about allergy if kept it in the box? Will small claim court be am appropriate next step?

    Worst experience with a jewellery company ever!! I absolutely would not recommend, AVOID at all costs! Their estimated date of delivery was 7th June. Now my impression of an estimate has always been 2/3 days either side of that date. I did not receive the engagement ring until 3 weeks AFTER the estimated delivery date. I had booked a holiday abroad to propose and was unable to do so! Now if I want to propose on the significant date I will now have to wait another year! Constant emails with replies saying ‘rest assured your ring is having its final checks and is in our distribution centre’ I received 4 emails stating this. For a company that specialises in jewellery I’d expect the service to be top knotch and not late! I am absolutely devasted after spending £2000 on a holiday to propose and then not being able to. How can a company like that ruin such a special day. Please do not use this company and avoid at all costs I’d highly recommend just going in store to another high street retailer. I received no offer of compensation or even discount or even a voucher just the same line as above every single time. This company does not care about their customers.

    Having ordered a wedding ring in late February 2024, I needed to return it for resizing and this was completed on 21/03/24 within the time limit specified by Glamira. They state that rings are inspected for between 2-4 days prior to being resized and will then be returned after resizing within 25 working days. Not having received any updates/information from them, I have had to send several e-mails due to the fact that their customer service help-line results in perpetual lengthy waits none of which ever gets answered no matter what time of day you call. My e-mails have been answered by an Amy Williams who only seems to e able to provide generic, pre-scripted replies which leads me to believe she is a “Bot” because no specific answers to posed and questions are ever given. In Amy’s last email dated 04/05/24 she states that the “inspection process has just been cleared” and my ring is being passed for resizing and so this process has taken Glamira over 6 weeks NOT 2-4 days! My wedding is due to take place on 18/05/24 and as yet I have not received ring. I am now in the position of having either to buy another wedding ring or wait and see if the ring my fiance bought and wants me to wear arrives before my marriage. Naturally this is causing my fiance a great deal of upset at an already stressful time as she naturally wants me to wear the ring she chose for me. I urge anyone considering using Glamira to stay well clear of them as once you’ve paid your money, the lack of customer service provided afterwards is a complete disgrace. Please take note of this before buying anything from this scam company
