NOT RECOMMEND I don’t even know from where to start with the review, from the first call until the last call I could tell how incompetents they are , but I want to give them a chance. In the end they didn’t even manage to finish a basic web site. They have mistake my account 3 times. The last guy I spoke was Andrei and I explain exactly what I would like from the web and the results is not even close from something basic . I don’t understand how This company it’s working with such low quality of services . Low service, low customer service, low communication. If you really need a good company for you website , please avoid this one .

I had a very simple issue to fix. I needed to remove the old Google business account from website to new. For some reason was not able to do so manually as website would automatically connect to old account. Apparently issue was “fixed” and obviously I had to wait for 90minutes to check. It didn’t work. Next day I contacted the support team, spend over 2 H with assistant named SHAKTI and he was not able to rectify the issue, he had senior team, computer expert but no one was able to fix it. And then he got disconnected. Another assistant came on saying she can not transfer me back neither has access to previous conversation. And when I asked for the email where I can escalate my complaint she disconnected

After a long conversation filled with policy nonsense not lawful conduct – they could not delete my account despite me previously having three domain names cancelled and refunded in fact I hadn’t even confirmed my email to the account. They took money from my account without authorization, proceeded to tell me they couldn’t refund it. You are welcome to keep the money but it is companies like this with no port of call in which must be held accountable, the principal is the matter so for all I would be very conscientious using a company which chooses to take payments from your accounts with out authority and then says to wait 6 months for the refund that they said they couldn’t do in the first place after being told my details have now been removed. Unacceptable practice from a company which seems to have good ratings. I will await email confirmation of the deletion of the account and personal details.

Zameer A from GoDaddy live chat took 40 minutes and could not answer 1 question I had. The support is no where near as good or fast as Shopify live chat support.

After trying to cope with the upheavals at 123-reg and their messed-up help pages I thought of moving my domains to GoDaddy only to learn that they bought 123 years ago and are therefore responsible for all the upheavals. The first clue was that their interface and menus are identical. The second clue was that they charge for catch all email forwarding, which is the only thing I really wanted, and which 123 used to provide for free. Pass.
