Very bad experience. Purchase made on the internet of a washing machine at the beginning of April. After 15 days of waiting, the washing machine is finally delivered!! Except that…. When unpacking and starting the washing machine broken, unusable. After a new fight for weeks to find a solution, Haier offered to recover the washing machine for a refund, which we accepted, except that 2 months later, still no refund even though the machine returned to its recipient on April 30. Customer service who has no information other than telling us that we have to wait, that the information has been reported.. A shame for a brand that claims to be a great quality brand. Zero customer service

My worst product experience. You shouldn’t have any problems with Haier, otherwise it’s dead Machine delivered on 01/07/2023 before the holidays, I noticed after the holidays that the function for which I bought the “Delayed End” machine does not work for Cotton, I have been relaunching them since the beginning of October 2023 and at Apart from a visit from a technician and an observation from them that it comes from the automatic weighing of the laundry, I have no feedback. Worse, no response to my requests to resolve the problem since 12/14/2023 and it is not for lack of relaunching them regularly. Basically buy Haier, but if you notice a problem with a functionality of the machine you only have your eyes to cry…. you count for nothing!!!

My worst online shopping experience. Ordered a refrigerator on April 25 and today no one knows where my order is. Despite several calls since the beginning of May, always a different version with each person on the phone, first your order is with the carrier and then to say that you have to wait, wait and wait, and in the end we don’t know. No order status tracking Lamentable for a brand that calls itself a big brand. Even if I know that my opinion will not unlock anything, I give it for people who want to buy on this site, run away, run away, never order on this site.

TO FLEE !!!! FALSE ADVERTISING. Purchase of a washing machine subject to a €75 discount. After sending the form I am told that the product is not part of the offer, which is FALSE. 15 days of trouble reaching your customer service. 4 different people on the phone, all 4 are supposed to be calling me back for weeks. All 4 tell me that the product is part of the offer. NO REMINDER. Total blur! Never buy from them. Reading the other comments we realize that they are scamming people. It is shameful.
