My baggage was not claim until now??? What the he’ll is going in this aircraft? So many people passengers complaining but still this management has no solution for the lost baggage???? The flight attendant as well was rude and not approachable in their airline. They look untidy with the flight.

The worst airline to travel with, we do not recommend it, I do not know why they put trainees when there are too many people in line to check in and only 2 people attend, they charge for everything and give a lousy service.

Worst airline ever my request to all people is never use jetstar .. i lost my bag in singapore now again 90% of passenger from tokyo lost their baggage … very bad service pls dnt travel this airlines
