Experiences
We were in Sorrento for 1 week and went to Marameo 3 times. Service was great and it felt safe to leave our belongings when we went for a swim. Even on the days we walked past when doing excursions/day trips when we didn’t go to the beach club the staff were friendly and remembered us. Gino and Julian were particularly great but all of the staff were friendly, welcoming and hard working. We ate there each time for lunch and the food was great. A brilliant spot that I would highly recommend!! We couldn’t get in one day as we were late down and went to one of the other beach clubs but it was nowhere near as good as Marameo. I have seen a review saying that the staff were rude – couldn’t be further from the truth! 10/10 – we’ll be back!!

We decided to book the VIP area, and the hot tub (which was more like pool temperature) provided with the VIP package was a delightful addition to our day. The service at Marameo was outstanding, with attentive staff members who ensured that our every need was taken care of. The food served was delicious, and we enjoyed a great variety of options. The beach club’s location was perfect, offering breathtaking views of the Sorrento coastline. We thoroughly enjoyed lounging in the VIP area, taking in the beautiful scenery and soaking up the sun. Overall, our time at the Marameo beach club was fantastic. The VIP experience, complete with the dedicated hot tub, added an extra touch of luxury to our day. The attentive service, delicious food, and picturesque setting all contributed to a memorable visit. We highly recommend Marameo to anyone looking for a special beach club experience in Sorrento, Italy.

After spending a month in Sorrento, I can confidently say that Marameo beach club is my favorite spot in town. Amazing food, drinks and atmosphere, but above all the staff is outstanding. Gino made my friends and I feel special and welcome every time we walked down the stairs. He puts his heart and soul into Marameo and treats each customer like royalty. Gino and the other staff are all tentative, caring, and very quick with their service! I would recommend the beach club to anyone visiting Sorrento as it was definitely one of the highlights of my summer.

It’s ok. The sand beach part is almost non existent and has no room for sun beds or beach chairs. Got only chairs for 16 euro each on the deck as everything was sold out. Our chairs were pretty much next to men’s room which stunk. All other places around were sold out as well so we had to settle for this one. This was Sunday. If I was making reservations , this would not be my choice as Lioneli’s or Peter’s are better in terms of beach access. Did not buy food here as it was way overpriced and sad looking. Went to Lioneli’s and ate at their snack bar for lunch as it was a much better value for the money and what we were looking for anyway.
