3/5 currently, the staff are very accommodating . I was expecting I was able to pick up my item at the store right after the payment. However there is a waiting period of 3 days (at max) prior to the item availability. We recommend this store because they have good customer service and they offer great deals! Their location is easy to find as long as you are familiar with using the waze of google maps. It would be better to go there by car or you can commute there are jeepneys and e-jeepneys around the area. When you enter the place, you’ll be welcomed by friendly staff. Miss Mariel is accommodating, and she is very willing to assist. She explained the process of purchasing up to the delivery of the items. We received the reclining sofa we ordered after a few days of waiting. No hussle. Definitely recommended store. I saw some issues with their customer service hotline, and I suggest asking and getting the contact details of the store when you visit them. They are very willing to provide it. They will call or text via Viber like what happened to us when we asked something about the sofa.

Bought 4 ceiling fans, one turned out defective. I was given cold treatment by showroom everytime I followed up, dragged for 2 months until I went personally and threw a fit. Tech team went on site but brought wrong part! Now still waiting and receiving canned message “will update you once part is available”

I purchased a recliner 4 months ago. Initially I was very pleased with the comfortable chair and it’s appearance. I was thinking of purchasing an additional one for my wife. Then recently I noticed the seam tearing apart. When I contacted ofix customer support I was told the warranty only covers structural mechanical issues, and that the representative would speak with their technician. Never heard back. A warranty is only as good as the product.

I placed an order for a gaming chair on a Saturday and it came on Monday. I thought that it was impressive for them to have it delivered immediately. But, when I checked it, there was a missing part. I contacted their customer service and I was advised that the after sales team will reach out to me shortly. This is the worse after sales team I have ever encountered. Going through all of this just to be ignored by the after sales team when it’s not even my fault that nobody checked the items before shipping it out. If I hadn’t messaged them 2 days after it was delivered, nobody would’ve gotten back to me to update me with the missing part.TERRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE.
