SPEED.FIT helped me get back in shape quickly after the Corona break. The training is still just as strenuous as the first time, and I can now adjust the impulses so strongly that the muscles throughout the body feel it and not just where the electrodes are placed. My form has continued to improve over the training sessions and we are continuing to work on it. I still have a lot to do, especially in the shoulder area. But I’m already noticing the improvement in posture and core training in everyday life. Regarding cleanliness and hygiene: Today Finn showed me how to put on the electrode suit myself, all trainers wear masks to protect us and the studio offers a lot of space so that we always have enough distance from each other. Both the studio and the changing rooms are always very clean, and thanks to clever time organization we can also use the shower rooms. My previous review: I went to SPEED.FIT for the first time today and it was a lot of fun. EMS training is physically very demanding, even though you don’t move much. After 15 minutes I was exhausted, as if I had exercised for a whole day. There were very tasty drinks before and after training. My trainer Alex put the clothes on me perfectly and then made me sweat a lot with the impulses. Through different movements and positions we were able to push my muscles even further to the limit. He always paid attention to my posture and corrected when I slacked off. I won’t be able to judge whether it will help me become stronger in this aspect until I come back 😉
