Do NOT use this service. For £60, you’ll get nothing but a long wait and a useless code. No pharmacy will be able to process it, at best they will get an alert that the prescription will be emailed, and Updoc will not actually send it, then blame non-existent problems when you contact them to rectify. You’ll finally pay for another competent service in order to access your vital medication, and when you ask for a refund they will refuse. Edit: after I published this review, I was given a refund. I am not deleting this review however, in order to save other people all the trouble of dealing with this company. For those reading, Dr Online was fast and worked, and was cheaper.

I paid for one month service. The calls with the doctors was so below average. The doctors sounded bored and uninterested. Both phone calls lasted less than 5 minutes and they didn’t ask me many questions at all. When I tried to cancel my subscription, was prompted 10x before I could…and then lost service immediately when I’d paid for the full month! Still had 1/3 of the month remaining. Wouldn’t recommend.

Do not use this service. I went on the website updoc.com.au as i needed a medical certificate which cost $20. In no area at all did they advise there would be an ongoing $20 fee each month. I have had $20 charged to my Mastercard each month for the last six months without me knowing. I just happened to check my statement on Jan 19 2024 and discovered this unapproved charge for the past six months. So $100 gone like that. I went on the website and they make it so difficult to cancel this so called subscription that I was never even told about but I finally managed to do it. Beware. They are crooks!
