Never received the full speed i paid for on my package, multiple calls to raise this issue but never resolved. I completed the online form to cancel my renewal that never went through their side apparently so they chased me for 1 months worth of contract despite me advising them i filled out their form as prompted on their poorly devised customer service website and having transferred to another provider 30 days before my contract end. Would not recommend, poor service, poor customer service and many better alternatives out there.

Scam artists. This business will not last. I regret ever signing up… They sold me a contract for £35 per month but added on extras that I never asked for. They then told me it’s my fault for not responding to emails and used this against me. If they cared about retention of their customers they would only close support requests when customers agree on an outcome. obviously Onestream only good in ripping customers off… Can’t wait for my 12 month contract to finish, so I can move on and never have to deal with this company again. Oh! P.S. the ‘fibre’ broadband is really quite slow and nothing special, I was with a different company previously living in a household with 3 remote workers and our non-fibre wifi was light years ahead. I can’t express how dissatisfied I am. 1 start is too generous.

Absolute joke of a company. Overcharged for 10 months for additional services I didn’t sign up to. Even though I cancelled them on my first week of service and show as “cancelled” on my account they have still kept taking the money. Finally got refunded after about 12 phone calls 10 month later. Now the refund caused my bill to be calculated incorrectly and actually shows my account as being £12 in credit so no direct debit was taken. Then I get a TEXT MESSAGE saying I owe then £24 and pay it or they will cut me off. I said I’d gladly pay if I owe something but I want to see the bill first.(As is a legal requirement). They said we wont correct your bill, pay it or we’ll cut you off! So they have cut me off. DO NOT TOUCH WITH COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE! Read the other reviews. I wish I did.

Like many people, I lead a busy life and had forgotten my renewal date. When I logged in, I discovered that my payments had doubled after the first year. Since I pay by direct debit, I hadn’t noticed the price increase. They lure you in with an attractive initial price, but I never received any communication from them about the end of the first-year contract or the price doubling. Had I known, I would have looked for a better deal. This is a warning to be very careful: they entice you with a deal and don’t inform you when the one-year period is about to end. They might claim this is standard practice, but that doesn’t make it right. Poor customer service.

Pushy staff, wanted to move home but they wanted the bill to go from £20 a month to £45 a month. Obviously said no and that I’d rather cancel because I can get broadband way cheaper elsewhere. Then started going onto rants about how I won’t get anything cheaper, telling me I’m wrong and that everything I’ve seen online is wrong. That it’s a good price and if I cancelled I’d be paying more a month for broadband than I would if I stayed with them? Get really defensive when I said I wanted to cancel because I found a better offer and I didn’t like how pushy he was being. Would totally avoid I only went with them originally because they had a 12 month contract which I think they’ve now got rid of
