DO NOT BE FOOLED BY UR !! They offered £70 for IPhone 8+ 256gb in fairly good condition, After a whole week they get back to me offering me only £40 I declined the offer and they stole the original box, brand new earphones, charger, matching documentation plus the apple stickers… what gets me is the box also was original to the phone with matching imei number on back of box…. I’m really not happy.

Bought a “refurbished” phone from this company which failed a few months later. They refused to honour the warranty. They made some completely invented claims that the failure must have been due to the phone being dropped and that a few minor scratches on the back of the phone was evidence of this, despite there being no visible damage to the phone body or screen. Avoid.

I bought an iPhone 13 pro max, with shipping in 24 hours, it was always delayed in Romford, I complained after a week, they supposedly sent another one, the same in 24 hours, but delayed in Romford and both lost. I complained to request a refund and they never answered me or delayed 1 email for 3 days. It took me a month to be able to do mediation through Paypal and get my money back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM, THEY ARE SCAMMERS

AVOID. This company revalued a phone I sold to them without informing me of the amended valuation, failed to inform me of this and failed to give me the option of returning my phone. All of which is set out in their terms and conditions. They refuse to pay the difference or return my phone. AVOID.

Bought a phone from these through Amazon listed as ‘excellent condition’ but when it arrived there was something wrong with the battery and would drain from 100% to 0% in 15 mins! Contacted them and they were really helpful and said they would sort a replacement, I sent the faulty one back and the next one they sent is working great and in very good condition no scratches or anything. Knocking down 1 star due to the first one being erroneous but can’t fault them at all for their customer service and for the replacement one they sent out.
