Such efficient service from booking changes- their fee is super expensive though when I had to change from Queenstown Return trip I was charged 4x times, unnecessarily. The bus driver and his support staff were so accommodating to my elderly parents when onboarding and when they safely arrived in Cradock in the wee hours of the morning, we got notified at 03h15 am. I was impressed by Sydwell Matiso’s customer service! I even found out that there’s a bus all the way to Otter Trail’s base camp, I can’t wait to make Intercape part of my travel adventures.

I travelled from Pretoria to George during December school holidays ( peak time) on a sleepliner filled to capacity. What an enjoyable ride! All staff right through from weighing in, to drivers and hosts, to staff in booking offices were friendly, efficient, very helpful and accommodating. The seats are comfortable and ample leg space. Everything you need on board and in working order. More than affordable when you pick your trip right – even when you book just 1 day prior to departure.

It’s truly disappointing to claim that you offer reliable transportation when your buses keep breaking down every other trip between Windhoek and Oshakati. And your aircon doesn’t working either. Please service your buses, you make a lot of money and steal a lot of time from us clients. A Highly disappointed client 🙁

The most horrible transportation to use for vacation traveling They don’t respect time and the busses are old, the toilet stinks all the time the TVs don’t work, no wifi like promised and the charging points don’t work. Very uncomfortable to travel in the bus for long distance and I had to book a second ticket because the bus left while I was there not knowing where I should’ve asked for help with the boarding, I stood on the line only to realize it was the wrong line and the “enquiry” window doesn’t even indicate to be an inquiry window and the lady who eventually told me the bus left was not friendly. Very disappointed.

Dont use interface if you want to arrive on time or plan something because you will arrive 2hours later.Always I took bus from Pretoria to Cape town several occasions and they are always late.drivers not friendly.they don’t assist you with luggage in and out of bus luggage compartment.They play love song all road no Christian music or prayer.No Christian values like they claim to be nd used to be in past.Intercape is no more intercape it’s now same like eldos and SA roadlink.Always late full of cockroaches,rude and drunk drivers,only speak African languages Zulu,etc. No Afrikaans or even proper English.The drivers does no communicate with passengers when the bus is faulty.And arrive late.The terminal in Johannesburg park station must add time to the route notice board.Shame on intercape for asking high prices for poor services
