This company call plenty of times About a International College that I supposed to enrolled i have explained every time it is not me. Below is the email that i did send them and this is going on from about 2016. My Name Is Morne Van Eeden. I signed affidavit as you required that this account is not me. Today 26 April 2024 I received a SMS regarding this issue. Please sort it out because it is not me. Please don’t send me your lawyer invoice. Provide me with the original and exact date I was supposed to enroll in this International Colleges so I can put it on my affidavit because this is not me. Meaning that I would like to see the Original Document from this International Colleges where my Signatures is om that document. Please remove it from my name also send me proof that it has been removed. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM THANKS and stop harassing me. This mail is been copy and paste multiple time and send to queries department. Also, it is been explanted over and over the phone time after time that I did not registered at any International College. Can you sort this out as your colleagues are not well trained for the work to be done? Because they can’t sort out the problem. I am tired been called and explained.

The people working there are rude. We paid our account but they keep on phoning us. It borders on harrasment. And please for not ask for a supervisor they are non exist ant. Worst people to deal with. The newest tactic is to just let my phone ring for less than 5 seconds and to drop the call. And then I get smses about the call.

Very unprofessional the start should be zero. agents always in a rush , they don’t listen well. Their switchboard seems programmed to just say “how can I redirect your call” that’s all she ever says no greeting no nothing. Agents hangs up calls before even sorting out a customer’s query. No solid payment option their payment portal is non functional just a decoration.. Stop hiring your gfs and hire real agents who know what their doing. want to settle a account but I cant because the agents are playful and don’t know how to conduct them selves professionally. Zero

Worst company ever every consultant you speak to tells you a different story. You guys need to hire people who know what they are doing. You don’t even deserve a star. I’ve been asking for my account statement that. 4 days letter still nothing. Your service is horrible. I don’t understand why companies use you as a service provider because wow. You need to teach your employees on what services you provide because they don’t have an idea what they are doing.

This is the worst experience i ever had. I settled my account weeks ago as arranged and i have still not receive feedback from consultant handling my account. I tried messaging her she only read my message no response. Service so unproffesional as im on the phone with consultant she is speaking to other people in background and laughing making jokes. I emailed all my details and proof of payment details no results. I requested to speak to a superior also no result. Frustrating situation for real.
