A more than mediocre service An outdated customer service that collects requests that require 1 minute to be processed is extended by 24 hours for no reason, advisors are available 2 days a week and a useless application is not used to solve any problem… we are always obliged to contact an advisor who obviously is not available every day and who also makes you wait 35 minutes to then tell you that he cannot process your request because the agency head is on leave…. incredible to know that you cannot have your money that you have worked because the services that this bank offers for its customer experience are simply abominable… looking forward to my account closure request being finalized
