Without question THE worst Steers (if fact of any fast food establishment) experience of my life. After asking what the wait time would be because we could see that they were quite busy (and we were in a hurry,) we were assured by the cashier that it would be a maximum of 20 min. After 30 min we were understandable irritated since we were on a tight schedule.after 40 min it became ridiculous and people who had ordered after us had already received their food.after communicating our frustrations we were were given blank apathetic stares with zero remorse or any indication of the status of our order. Enraged, we asked for the manager who was nowhere to be found, only for the owner of the establishment to finally be located. He had the decency to apologise and return our money, but we left hungry and angry. Horrible experience.untrained staff.zero stars.

It is an excellent fast food resturant. Delecious South-African-origin fast food. Halal food. Friendly staff. Fast service. Hot food. Good enviornment and nice sitting tables. Good location between George city and Wilderness. Nice stop on the Garden Route to relax and eat. There is a Salaah Facility (Prayer room -Mosque) beside the resturant. Special thanks to the resturant and the Gas station for the good services provided here.

Unfortunately just too busy without enough care for client service. Not a great experience, although the food is still good. Phoned in an order, it was wrong, took 20 minutes to pay. When I paid, I noticed the amount was wrong on my slip. Epic fail
