Sent me the completely wrong size! I Waited a long time for clothes and had to pay a bunch of duty. Then they wouldn’t let me do a return online because the “image upload size was too large” which is completely false. Then I couldn’t get any help in English whatsoever Not impressed at all. Of your from Canada or USA I would definitely not order from them

Ordered a couple of times and has been good so far, but they take more than a month to handle a return and no contact or information from customer service…. Terrible Update…. I keep on writing to the support email once a week and still nothing…. Pity they have very good stuff and at good price, but to make yourself feel like this better not to order again, that’s a 150 EUR it feels I am not getting back

DO NOT order from this site, it’s literally a scam. Ordered to Norway, the website LOOKS Norwegian, as though the goods should be shipped from a local warehouse located in Norway. Turns out, they’re shipped from abroad so you better be prepared for customs fees! And then they threaten you that if you return the package, customs will destroy it and you will be responsible for the whole amount anyway? What kind of return policy is that? The Norwegian post office website states clearly that if you don’t pay the customs fee, the package is going to be sent back to the vendor, after 2 weeks. For customer service to be threatening me that either customs will destroy it, or it will be lost in transit, is unbelievable, trying to force me to pay the full amount anyway. I ordered two sizes of shoes to see which one fits best, so I’d be returning one of them anyway, then what? They would have lied that customs destroyed the package and I’d have to pay for both pairs even though I’d only have one? And all they can write is “we apologize for the inconvenience?” The inconvenience of lying, and putting the responsibility of a return of an order for over 200 euros, solely on the customer? 😃

I was a bit dubious as I am in the UK and have been stung with shipping and taxes before with EU companies as well as really long delays – not this time – was really pleased. Had a great pair of boots (sold out in UK) for excellent price delivered really speedily with no hidden costs and great communication.

It’s one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered more than one month ago and still not been delivered yet. The delivery company sent me a message that delivery would be available at the pick-up point in 1-2 days but I didn’t receive any codes to pick up my order. I filled out a non-receipt form and sent it to Tradeinn. When I ask about the status of the investigation they only send me an automatic message. They should have sent the new one and continued the investigation or made the refund. Since I paid a delivery fee and I have to pay a return fee I’m waiting. And my order was a winter coat. I need it in the winter season, not in the summer. I mentioned it many times but they didn’t take any action. I’ll never order from this company and don’t recommend it to anyone.
