Camp Discovery If you value your possessions, Camp Discovery is not the place to be. My son is there currently and he was assigned to a room with no locks. One of our coaches had to buy a lock after the fact that my son’s phone was stolen along with his bank card and R500 cash. They were playing a match yesterday and someone helped themselves to the boys room. I also know about another child whose money was stolen. I have phoned several times and nothing has been done. I keep on following up, and the only answer you get from the receptionist is that the facilitators are looking into this. Nobody even phoned to let me know what they are doing about this. Last call I made the phone was dropped while I was busy speaking to the lady. PLEASE think twice before you send your children there!

VUMA FIBER I’ve been using Vuma for a while now making my payments through my capitec app, I got disconnected and immediately I made a payment but my connection was not restored , after a couple of hours I texted my ISP which is SADV of which I couldn’t get the assistance I needed, I was told that SADV doesn’t have an accounts department so the only assistant is via WhatsApp, I forwarded my POP and my bank statement to the agent who said she will escalate the matter i must was 24/48 hours . how is this a thing when some of us work from home that is why we have this fiber why are such things not being dealt with immediately . vuma’s numbers do not work , the emails are inactive. when I try googling SADV also unreachable the numbers also don’t work , the sadv portal doesn’t work the is literally no way of getting in touch with these people

Truly this platform can be helpful but after my most recent experience, they are useless at customer support and the only ones to get assistance from them is companies that pay their subscription. I had two reviews removed by them and yes in the first one I could understand that I was very harsh but even in the second review it was removed for using the word “disgraceful “. It is clear this company will remove any review that their client requests even if said company is stealing people’s money and giving out poor workmanship This is an example of the level of rudeness from customer support in our emails back and forth. You allow companies like webuy cars to artificially pad their reputations and do nothing about it. You’re misleading consumers more than you’re helping them and its disgustingly blatant. Update: None of those profiles have traces over the internet apart from the few hours after they’ve been created and none before. Obviously your verification standards aren’t as strict as you think. Even someone highly inexperienced with this type of investigative stuff can see the similar usernames posting positive reviews on webuy cars within minutes of being created and then never again, even the contents of the reviews are similar if not the same. You really do not have to have any experience in security or data analytics or even marketing to recognise the patterns and why happen. I’ll be very happy to change this review once you put a worthwhile effort to ensure the authentication of reviewers and truly keep companies accountable.
