My name is Aphiwe, last year 2023 around Oct, I was unsuccessful for an interview with MSA outsourcing. However, I have been applying online even after being unsuccessful. I would get emails with an automated link that required me to fill in a form but whenever I would click on the link it kept on stating, “Link already completed”. I then called MSA and inquired, a very kind and soft spoken lady explained thoroughly to me about all the qualification requirements and their systems. She also went out of her way to advise me on where to improve and what to look out for as I keep on applying for posts. I applied for a position on indeed.They sent an email , so I responded on WhatsApp text. I got there attended the assessment without any information given that we will be attending the interview the same day the assessment is conducted.I overheard a conversation that they looking for people with a specific accent and I was unaware of that.After , the interview this white guy said to me (we’ll get back to you) close the door behind you. Minutes Later , they sent a WhatsApp text it was declined.I then responded with a cold response too.They very unprofessional.
