This company has to be the most incompetent company I have ever had to deal with. They keep accusing me of being someone I am not! They hound me 24/7 and no matter how many emails, sms, phone calls I make and state I am not a T. Winterbach they relentlessly hound me. It has gotten to the point where I have gone to the police and will get lawyers involved!

They are so incompetent it’s shocking, they will tell you that the account has been settled (R00.00) but they do not allocate the payment to your account! My discovery account still shows a balance owing but I paid on the 29th of Feb, does it really take them over a week to allocate payments ?? Discovery should never have associated themselves with such mediocrity!!!

They have the most atrocious and an extortion scam. They call and charge for the calls and messages sent. They gave me incorrect email address to send them proof of payment and still complain they don’t get my proof of payment. They then use that excuse to keep charging for non-payment and the payment due only increases! They are frauds and are linked with Discovery! Unethical frauds.

They will harass you over an account you have already settled and then still take months to provide you with a paid up letter. I have been sending numerous emails and calling them, everyday is a different story. This company needs to shut down immediately!!!!!
