They were on point, was on the selling side this time and what a good experience, …..well that was my initial thought but when it got to payment we were met with the one excuse after the other. Policy says 10 working days, no real business uses all of those days, we are standing on day 12. TechMarkit unfortunately you took the sweetie out of my mouth and are leaving a sour taste at this stage.

The customer service is extremely good!! I am very happy. I would definitely recommend again and again. I had been experiencing recurring glitches on my laptop ever since I bought it, it seemed unfixable as everyone I went to couldn’t seem to find what the problem was. I was referred to DeeKay at TechMarkit, He is as competent as they come, a true “TechWhiz”, super friendly, well spoken, quick on his feet and always willing to go the extra mile. The problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed, after many months of struggling/distruptions my PC works reliably now, feels brand new.
