Highly recommended using BigBoxCars Car Services anytime. From my experience they’re seriously proactive fast and reliable. Been getting my car serviced for over 3yrs now and their customer focus is outstanding from start to finish too. To be openly honest my suggestion something to consider in the future for visitor’s waiting room. It would be nice to see coffee, tea or water for us visitor’s. Sadly, my experience does not match the great reviews that I found here…. At the start I had communication from multiple people, each & everyone of those people never replied to me. I also stated multiple times that I was coming to look at a vehicle on Saturday(11/11/23). My son & I then drove over 2 hours each way to look at that vehicle. On arrival I was told that the person who I last spoke to would be with me soon, we waited for 30-40 minutes and got nothing, no one else even offered to help!. I felt brushed off & very uncomfortable. It was mind blowing/disgusting. I was then told that the person(Jago) who I was waiting on would give me a call on my way home, that didn’t happen either. I was so very patient, I was extra patient because I wanted the vehicle! The whole experience was totally unacceptable & just plain rude. I said that I needed delivery of the vehicle(multiple times), no one helped me with this so I ended up organising it myself. I also had a great car to trade!, no one asked about that either. I was told I would get a $295 cleaning package for free…. Who would ever pay for a car to be cleaned when it should already be cleaned!? And then sadly, when the car arrived I had to spend well over an hour cleaning it!(photos attached). So I am not sure what the “cleaning package” was about. “$200 refundable deposit” was very cheeky…. They would not give my refund until the car was delivered, that was never communicated to me nor was that written anywhere. I basically sold a vehicle to myself and organised delivery of that vehicle to myself…. Very unusual customer service skills!. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because they had a great range of vehicles.
