I see I’m not the only one to fall for this scam of an airline booking agency. The change or cancellation fee I saw prior to booking was $95, after booking it was $1300. I had to abandon $1500 worth of flights because they wouldn’t change one flight and not the other on the booking. Next time, I’ll book with Qantas directly. I called them and they were lovely. They said the change would be easily done if I had booked with them, also no charge for that. So the $1300 charge is just a scam.

Upon contacting their customer service for assistance, I was met with a lack of empathy and understanding. Instead of acknowledging their mistake and offering a reasonable solution, I was met with indifference and unhelpful responses. It is evident that Budget Air lacks attention to detail and fails to prioritize customer satisfaction. Their incompetence has not only cost me financially but has also ruined my travel plans and left me feeling utterly frustrated and dissatisfied. I strongly advise anyone considering booking with Budget Air to look elsewhere for their travel needs. The sheer incompetence and lack of professionalism displayed by this company are unacceptable, and I would urge others to avoid them at all costs. Useless company is an understatement. I’ve made a mistake to book my flight ticket with them. I paid for checked-in luggage and when I checked in with the airline (Avianca) and printed my boarding pass I noticed that luggage wasn’t included. Total scam. You’ll have more luck winning the lottery than getting anyone from that company on the phone. Their online chat is equally useless – automated rubbish that will only help you with a set of questions and nothing beyond that. Avoid at all costs.

RUN !! this is the worst company possible. it is not worth any kind of small discount you think you are getting to go through the painful experience of booking with BudgetAir. Had a booking with them, Airline changed flight. We didnt agree to it but only option in email was to click on a link. Apparently this link magically makes you accept all. From there you are tied and cannot cancel ever or ask for compensation/refund. You can call them, but talking to a wall is more effective. Do not book with them, you WILL regret it!

Absolutely terrible. DO NOT MAKE USE OF THIS COMPANY. Paid for a ticket, they said my rate is not available anymore and that my money will be refunded within 5 days. It as now been 14 days, I have emailed them several times and no response, no refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.
