Worst travel by far. Bus didn’t arrive at all! We waited outside under the cold. Tried to call their costumer service multiple times without any countermeasures and information. Don’t go here! It’s the worst.

Simply horrendous. On my most recent trip my first bus from Rennes to Paris got cancelled. After this they rebooked another bus which also got cancelled. As well as this they messed up refunding me and botched up by cancelling another bus reservation which I didn’t ask for. Had to take an emergency Blablacar in order not to miss my flight. I am only leaving Paris on my way back now at 4 am after my 9:20 pm bus kept getting delayed for hours after it eventually got cancelled again. It is important to mention flixbus didn’t even let me know the bus was cancelled and that my reservation still shows the bus as active. Just for the sake of the argument know that other services were working at these times just fine meaning there was no problem with traffic or protests and Flixbus messed up on their own. On top of this I have payed a substantial amount of money just trying to get the situation fixed as their customer support number is paid which is inadequate considering the situation one finds themselves in. Just an unreliable degraded service overall only looking to make profit at the cost of the customer. I have had previous bad experiences with the company but this was next level.

During travel from Berlin to Paris 22.06.23 water drops falls on my seats during raining. Its means that roof have holes 🙌🏻 Of course driver don’t care about our problem 🥸 Worst travel ever. Strongly not recommended this line 🤬
