I was initially hesitant to order my wedding dress online, but since it was meant to be my secondary dress for later in the day, I decided to give it a try. After a thorough research JJs house seemed to be the best choice compared to other similar online wedding dress shops. To my pleasant surprise, the quality exceeded my expectations. Despite the low price and the dress being shipped from China, it didn’t lack in quality at all. It fits perfectly, although I didn’t opt for custom made size as I wanted to be able to return the dress in case the quality was poor. But this is not the case and now I regret not going for the custom made size! But that’s not a problem, just needs shortening. I’ve noticed some negative reviews regarding the £25 restocking fee for returns. However, since I’m keeping the dress, this fee doesn’t apply to me but the company is transparent about this fee during checkout, and it’s clearly stated in the return policy. Everyone should read return policy and it’s really easily written and not long at all. I think their business model is well thought, aiming to reduce waste and by not having ready dresses displayed in physical shops, they’re able to offer high-quality products at a fraction of the price. My experience- great. I ordered the A-line V-Neck Sweep Train Lace Chiffon Wedding Dress, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Make sure you’re making an informed decision when ordering. JJsHouse. She couldn’t even get the zipper anywhere near closed on two items ordered from them. One was on sale and so cannot be returned and the other we have to pay return postage and suffer a 10% restocking fee. We will not be buying from them ever again. Needless to say we will have no option but to try and sell these online ourselves. I urge you to read other online reviews for this company before parting with your money. I was surprised to see a 4 star rating on this, my usual go to site for reviews. You have been warned!

Internet buyers beware! If you need to return a dress you will be charged a restocking fee and not get a full refund. I would not recommend using this company for online purchases.

I have requested I be removed from JJs house mailing list on 4 or 5 occasions now and they insist every time that they have removed me however I am still receiving emails. The unsubscribe link does nothing but send you to the website. This is becoming increasingly frustrating hence writing this review.

Ill not recommend this company to my friends, if there’s something wrong with your order they will charge you a lot it takes long time to wait for your order and it doesn’t look like in the picture disappointing , beware to buy anything here because if there is a problem they will charge more for restocking and you can’t get the full amount!
