Excellent service provided, I was served by Tasha. She helped me from the moment I entered the store, to the end of my transaction. I was very unsure in what I wanted lingerie wise due to my slim build, but with her help, I was able to find something I loved. I did feel bad, because during my bra fit, she did grab me a few items to try on. Then we decided on something completely different. I felt like an awkward customer, but this didn’t affect how she treated me. She did really make my day.

I went last Friday 18th August to Ann Summers Marble Arch and I was amazed by the customer service from Tasha, working downstairs. She was really helpful, helping me find my perfect size no matter how long it took, she was so patient, helpful and professional. Sometimes this things make the difference, probably without her help, I would have left the shop without buying anything. It’s great to go somewhere where you see someone taking their job with such passion. 100% recommended. Thanks again, will be definitely back.

The staff was on their phones i asked for help and they told me where are the things so i can go and check by myself for the size when four of them were laughing at the cashier desk. The bra i tried was a bit ripped and when i asked for another they send me again to check alone for it . Amazing store but the staff is unattended and rude!
