I originally contacted Nectr regarding a customer complaint. There is nothing new in complaints companies make mistakes. The key is how they handle them. Lance a supervisor contacted me and not only fixed the problem he took on board what my complaint was about. He took the time to listen and sadly very few companies know how to do that. Positive feedback is the most powerful marketing tool and Nectr is one of the few companies that seem to understand that.

I have been very happy with Nectr as my energy provider. Signing up was efficient. Charges are very competitive so we have had very reasonable bills. This week I needed to cancel the credit card used for automatic payments. I had trouble logging in to my account but JESSA helped me reset my password and also helped me to organize a payment through BSB . I have had very prompt and helpful support from the staff at Nectr on a couple of occasions now.

Without a doubt the worst customer service i have received from ANY home essential provider.. The app is useless, and when calling for help when moving house, 10 calls, all referred me to an app that had no option to do it. not to mention how rude the staff were. if you find a provider with similar/same price, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. rang another provider, was sorted within 30 secs.
