Zero respect for customers. I ordered the kit, and the router was INOP. After I raised a complaint regarding the issue, I had been offered an exchange router, and I accepted it. I have been advised by the Starlink Customer Service on the 4th of Sept that the router will be shipped in the next few days. Since that date, they have rescheduled the shipping several times, and they still have not shipped it.
