I am fairly happy with TotalAv, one issue I have is I cannot manage the Payment Method. Need to update the Credit card and after 100 tries still getting message “something has gone wrong please try again”. That is extremely frustrating as I would like to keep my payments automatic and it appears I will have to cancel my account as there is no other way to pay my annual fee except credit card.

I used this Antivirus for almost 5-6 years until now. I don’t have any problem with Viruses, I usually didn’t explore any suspected sites of download out of play store. Anyway, this antivirus is somewhat reliable and affordable for normal users.

Great product but I couldn’t give 5 stars because they are unable to resolve a chronic issue in Windows 10 where Windows constantly reports that both Total AV and Windows Defender are disabled and no antivirus is active. The AV UI says I’m protected. But am I? Elsewhere Total AV states that Defender must be disabled else real time protection won’t work. I find it impossible to keep Defender disabled and Total AV enabled as far as Windows 10 thinks…

Had I known that your product was so structured as to send a new proposal with an added charge every few minutes, I would have spent more time studying other antivirus programs. This type of selling the product is not favorable for me nor many others.
