Experiences
Living more than an hour from the store, I called the store to confirm that they had the coat I was looking for. Yay, they have it! The lady on the phone offers to put it aside so that I can pick it up during the day, I accept. 1h30 later, I arrived at the store to find the lady telling me that she had just sold the coat and that it was the last one. She abruptly tells me that I didn’t ask to put it aside on the phone. A shame, lying manager and not a businessman. RUN AWAY ! Zapa, is this how you treat your customers?

I’ve been waiting for more than half an hour for the saleswoman to come back from her coffee break…. unfortunately my patience is at its limits and I will not buy the shearling that I wanted… Damage.

This store is a horror. Badly tidy, and unprofessional franchise manager, poorly made package. After returning home, I realized that the item was not refundable even though it had a manufacturing defect. RUN AWAY !
