Absolute nightmare working with aramex. Never again. I shipped a package to paris france. Its been almost a month and hasnt been delivered yet. It shows out for delivery since a week and nothing is arriving. No one answers the phone. No one answers the emails. Almost feels like they are a scam!!!

The worst mailing service ever in France!! I would have lost a very important document if I wasn’t persistent on calling them repeatedly whereas it was their duty to call me if there was any inconvenience on finding the right address or whatsoever! After 14 days, once I got the mail from a remote pickup point, the reason of not delivering at the right place written on the envelop was “Closed client/on holidays”!! what was a sheer lie! Such an abominable experience it was!

Irresponsable service and customer service. They never delivery parcels. Incident : When I call then they ask to contact SriLankan service. but SL service guy ask me to contact this number. If you are not capable to give a solution then you have to stop this service. Already 1.8 start talk about your service.

If there was less than one star I would give it to the worst service I have ever seen. Do not send anything with them. I’m waiting for a legal document 20 days ago and no trace for it until the moment. It cost me a lot of nerves, money and time!!! DO NOT SEND ANYTHING WITH THEM, DHL IS MUCH MUCH BETTER THAN THEM AND THEY RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS. ARAMEX GO TO HELL!!!
